Are you passionate about empowering people with intellectual diversabilities? Want to create a positive impact in your community? We’re hiring compassionate, dynamic individuals to join our team!
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Holds a valid Driver’s License (own vehicle preferred)
- Can work evenings and weekends with a consistent schedule
- Feels at home working in the community and people’s homes
- Can lift over 40 lbs
- Is non-judgmental and a team player
- Thrives in various situations and stays calm under pressure
- Has a First Aid Certificate, WHMIS, and a Human Service Worker certificate (or equivalent)
- Brings experience (preferred) and a willingness to learn
- Embraces technology and is eager to grow
- Steps up where needed and commits to team and personal training
- Takes notes and shares them with the team
Who Shouldn’t Apply:
- No driver’s license
- Inflexible schedules
- Unwilling to use technology
- Not open to working in diverse settings or with people
- Unwilling to take and share notes
