Yesterday, the federal government delivered their Speech from the Throne, where the government lays out the priorities and vision for the current mandate and sets the agenda for Parliament.

Inclusion Canada has written a great letter regarding the speech, which we would like to share. It is available here

Inclusion Canada also wrote “We have offered suggestions for the Ministerial mandate letters which are expected to be delivered soon to Ministers from the Prime Minister where he will set out direction on what must be priority areas of work during their time as Minister https://bit.ly/2ZjnOHO. Accessibility, disability rights and full inclusion are a shared responsibility and must be evident in every Cabinet Minister’s mandate. “
